RATES

COTTAGE IS SERVICED FOR TWO PEOPLE ON ARRIVAL:  

Rooms serviced on arrival includes fresh linen, towels, soap and shampoo. As well there is-tea/coffee and milk in fridge.

Due to the large number of restaurants nearby you have several:- COST EFFECTIVE CHOICES:

Stay with Service and Continental Breakfast:- $165 per night for 2. Costs are for a double bedroom. Linen is changed every fourth day. (A double sofa-bed can be arranged. Each extra person:- $40 per night with serviced & Breakfast)

OR  

Stay without Service or continental Breakfast:- $130 per night. Costs are for a double bedroom. (A double sofa-bed can be arranged - additional Linen is $20) Additional towels are $10 each (max 2 extra) 

Towels exchange is $10 each

Dates need to be confirmed before paying deposit.

FREE OFF STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. 

If required. Please advise when booking 

PLEASE ADVICE YOUR ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL TIME AND DEPARTURE TIME. When possible early check in and late check out will be aimed for. Otherwise check in time will be after 2pm CST. Checkout before 11am CST.

As well there is a gas BBQ in the courtyard, not available during winter. Please advise when booking if use is required.

      Do Not send deposit before checking the dates availability, as a cancellation fee applies.

Keys are collected from 57 Stanley Street  for Chichester Gardens Cottage at 61 Stanley St.

NOTE: FULL PAYMENT IS DUE ON CHECK IN.
